Greetings Everyone
We are in the final stages of getting everything ready for the big weekend
and wanted to update you on a few things...
1. If you have signed up for the Friday evening BBQ, please note that if it
is raining we will hold it in the large white tent next to the pool (where
the party will be the following night) there will be plenty of tables and
chairs for all...We still have room if anyone else is interested in
attending...pot luck style. Please call Jennifer at (757) 619-1210 if you would like to attend
2. If you have signed up to join us for breakfast on Sunday morning, please
note that the time is still the same at 9:00 am however the location has
changed to:
The Tavern at Beechtree Inn (formerly Beechtree Inn Restaurant)about 15
minutes away from the Plantation.

A menu will be provided on Saturday and you can make your choice of three
breakfast entrees all are about $8 each. We still have room for more people
if you are interested please call Jennifer or you can sign up Saturday night at the party.
3. For those of you who are coming in from out of town: Friday BBQ & Sunday
Breakfast are the only two planned meals, so you are on your own for the
rest of the weekend. You will be given a liest of suggested restaurants
and grocery stores when you check in at the guard station at the entrance to the
